What's now for customers

is what's next for us.

Our Philosophy

We believe in the combined power of empathy, analytics, and creativity.

In an age of unprecedented abundance of variety and speed of innovation, customers’ expectations are moving faster than businesses. While incremental change is still essential, it’s no longer sufficient. It takes bold moves to leap ahead of customers and competitors. We call them Iconic Moves.

Our always on operating system is designed for a new era in business. By turning customers into active participants, we help our businesses strengthen their brands on an ongoing basis – our approach gives them the confidence to make Iconic Moves that spark desire and create utility, driving extraordinary results.

Our Different Approach

1

Rethinking Metrics

To leverage our portfolios data to quickly and intuitively understand what we need to focus on creating today to satisfy customers tomorrow; improving efficiency, profit margins, and top-line sales
2

Roadmaps

Supported by always-on customer understanding, our roadmaps help our businesses navigate short- and long-term change, creating a brand trajectory that includes incremental and Iconic Moves
3

Enriching Customer Experiences

In the age of algorithms and aggregators, the experience is the differentiator. By deeply understanding customers, we design interactions that matter – that shift expectation and generate growth.
4

Launch New Offers

When the power of our thinking meets deep customer understanding and rigorous economics, sparks fly – and we help innovation cut through the clutter, driving returns.
5

Mobilizing Talent

To focus our resources where they will have the most impact on customers and the business performance overall; building confidence among investors and the financial community.

Building an Icon

“We don’t just analyze the disruptive forces in the marketplace. We collaborate with real people in real-time – to identify the emerging desires and behaviors poised to disrupt or inspire next. Unlocking new opportunities and new pathways to growth.”

Potential Move into Omakase Sushi and Cannabis Venture Space in West Hollywood LA

The joint venture may include an on-site cannabis event area and cannabis delivery services hub.

We believe this presents a tremendous opportunity for Sugarmade to break into a new market that aligns well with our established expertise and infrastructure. On-site cannabis consumption is still extremely rare at dining establishments in LA. The omakase phenomenon has become one of the defining trends in the restaurant industry over recent years. We believe this dovetails extremely well with the cannabis trend. A partnership in this area may open the door to further establishing Sugarmade cannabis products in the rapidly growing and vibrant LA metro marketplace.
